Siggu biilla is a circular metal used to put for girls in their childhood. it covers their private parts.

Very nice list. Even though I don’t know squat about telegu language, it’s nice to get a peak into the telegu culture. It seems that girls are brought up repressed in telegu culture. These proverbs really explains a lot about my Indian Girlfriend who is from the Telegu culture. Thanks a lot!
